Denim Tears – Everything You Need to Know About the Brand!

Today, we’re taking a dive into streetwear with a very interesting brand! From African American representation in colorful apparel to hot collabs, it certainly made a name for itself in the industry. You know, while Supreme is certainly one of the biggest brands out there, there’s always more to streetwear. So, let’s take a look at the brand, where it comes from, the coolest items, and much more, shall we? And in case you’re looking for more, our blog got you covered with the latest sneaker and botting news. Now, let’s get into all the nitty-gritty details!

What’s Denim Tears?

Denim Tears is a relatively new brand that came to life in 2019. It’s the brainchild of American designer and creative consultant Tremain Emory. Fun fact about Emory, he worked for Marc Jacobs, as well as a creative consultant for Kanye West. However, in 2022, he worked as the creative director of Supreme until his resignation in 2023. So, all in all, the man has a pretty impressive resume! And we barely even scratched the surface of all his creative consultancy.

As for Emory’s brand, Denim Tears, it slowly but surely worked its way up in the streetwear industry. According to the brand, it’s Tremain Emory’s portfolio of his African American vision. In fact, Denim Tears’ take on heritage and design got it permanently into The Met Costume Institute in New York!
