So, these babies took a page out of CLOT’s book with a gold silk upper with a pattern inspired by Chinese culture. However, the highlight of the upper are the dragon and phoenix embroidery on the sides.
But that’s not all, because the silk extends to the midsole, and the the kicks end with a tan outsole. The pair also features the “喜喜” (Xixi) emblem, which means “Double Happiness”. Why you ask? Because the pair’s release coincides with Valentine’s Day and CNY. So, to celebrate the double holidays, we got double the happiness!
The new Air Force 1 Year of the Dragon will drop on February 14, 2024. The kicks will be a women’s and Nike SNKRS China exclusive! According to rumors, these babies will retail for 2599 RMB which is approximately $365. This makes these babies quite expensive, but they’re definitely worth it, especially in resale.
