By using NikeShoeBot, you agree to these terms, the refund policy and the privacy policy.

Subscriptions and renewal

Your plan renews automatically every 6 months until you cancel it. When you subscribe, you are charged right away for the first period.

You allow our payment processor to charge the renewal fee to the payment method you chose. You are responsible for all renewal charges until you cancel.

You can turn off renewal at any time in My Account, in your PayPal account if you paid with PayPal, or by writing to us. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew after that.

All sales are final, and renewals that have already been charged are not refunded. The refund policy has the steps to turn off renewal.

Pre-orders

If you pre-order, we may refund the complete payment and not send the product or service. We may also take your payment and send the product during the pre-order phase. After we accept your payment, the refund policy applies.

Your license key and reselling

Reselling NikeShoeBot is against these terms. If you resell it, we will revoke your key and you will not get a refund.

Responsibility

NikeShoeBot is not liable for any items bought with the software. It is up to you to use the software appropriately. This includes understanding that monitors and auto checkout may lead to mixed results.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Please review them periodically. Changes take effect when we post them on this page.
