All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. Because of the nature of our products and services and their limits, we do not give refunds under any circumstance.

Renewals and how to turn them off

Your plan renews automatically every 6 months until you cancel it. You can turn off renewal at any time to avoid future renewals.

• In My Account: log in, open Subscriptions, open your plan and press Cancel.
• In PayPal: if you paid with PayPal, you can also cancel in your PayPal account.
• By e-mail: write to [email protected] for help.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew after that. Renewals that have already been completed are not refunded.

Pre-orders

If you pre-order, we may refund the complete payment and not send the product or service. We may also take your payment and send the product during the pre-order phase. After we accept your payment, this policy applies.

Reselling

Reselling NikeShoeBot is against our terms and conditions. If you resell it, we will revoke your key and you will not get a refund.
