And if you wanna know more about sneaker reselling, check this out. Now, let’s dive right in, shall we?

What Is StockX Xpress Ship?

Buying a pair of sneakers is always a treat! However, they could take what feels like forever to arrive. Now, sometimes, you’re on a tight schedule, especially if the kicks are a gift! And with the holiday season kicking off, it’s time to go gift shopping. So, to satisfy this need for fast shipping, StockX introduced its Xpress Ship solution. Xpress Ship brings your items to your doorstep in just three business days!

Are There Conditions to Use the Service?

Well, unfortunately, not all items are available for the StockX Xpress Ship service. The only items that are eligible for the service are pre-verified items that are at authentication centers. These items have a rocket icon next to them so you know that you can use Xpress Ship at checkout! Xpress Ship kicked off in the US on September 19, 2023. However, StockX will expand the program and go global in 2024! So if you live in the US, make sure you update your StockX app to the latest version.

What Are the StockX Xpress Ship Fees?

Usually, the standard buyer shipping rate is about $15 if you don’t mind the wait. However, the StockX Xpress Ship is here to reduce the wait time to three business days for an extra $10. So, the shipping fees become about $25 in total. Well, $24.95 to be exact!

What Else Does StockX Have in Store?

So, StockX has a physical sneaker drop-off location in New York, at 237 Lafayette Street to be exact. You go there, you drop the kicks you wanna sell there, and you get paid as soon as possible. But now, it seems like the platform is pushing the customer experience further. According to StockX’s VP of customer experience and insights Jacob Fenton, users will get to physically shop for kicks!

Apparently, they remodeled the NYC space to include a sale section where customers get to try on and buy sneakers. Many brands will be available, including Jordan Brand, Nike, New Balance, Yeezy, and more. While the priority is rare kicks, the stock depends on what’s available. So, it’s kinda giving Stadium Goods, and we’re here for it. On the other hand though, you could always avoid all this if you buy sneakers for retail! Godspeed.
