The First Sketched Air Jordan 3 Tinker Hatfield Coming this Month

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. Presenting the OG of the OG, the highly anticipated, the must cop, grail status, Air Jordan 3 Tinker Hatfield! To celebrate 30 years of Air Jordan 3, Jordan brand is paying tribute to Tinker’s original sketch.

This pair of Air Jordan 3s is unlike the OG AJ 3 Cements. This drop will be somewhat similar to the Justin Timberlake Super Bowl AJ 3. The retro that’s dropping is almost identical to the first Air Jordan 3 design ever drawn.

When designer, Tinker Hatfield, first drew up the Air Jordan 3, he wanted it to include the iconic Nike swoosh. He then altered it to the OG AJ 3 version we all know and love today.

Tinker Hatfield Features

The plush quality Air Jordan 3 Tinker Hatfield features a white upper. In the middle is a grey area with cement pattern running from back to toe. It mixes elements from the White and Black Cement, the key difference being the swoosh and fire red Nike Air branding on the heel and Nike written on the inner ankle.

Between the upper and sole is sorta of a black heel stabilizer. It has a white midsole and a contrasting grey outer sole. Finally, on the tongue is the Jumpman logo and on the inner tongue, you can find Tinker’s signature. It will also come with a special Tinker box.

Air Jordan 3 Tinker Hatfield – Release Details

Nike unexpectedly went to Snapchat to sell some of the Air Jordan 3 Tinker Hatfield sneakers. The shoes sold instantly. Lucky sneakerheads who were able to cop them could make double, triple, and more of its retail price on the resale market. But lighten up because the general release is coming soon!

The Air Jordan 3 Tinker Hatfield will drop o March 24th, for an MSRP of $200. As for now, It will be available via Nike’s online store and SNKRS app via a draw. However, keep your eyes open, to know if any retailers managed to get some pairs of the Tinker kicks.
