Celebrating the 26th anniversary of the unforgettable “Be Like Mike” commercial, Jordan Brand and Gatorade are releasing a new colorful and refreshing Air Jordan collection. 21 years ago, a whole generation watched that ad. sang that song and looked up to the iconic Michael Jordan. Now it’s time to honor this legend and our childhood with a sneaker collection like no other.
The Collection will feature an Air Jordan 6 and Air Jordan 32 low in a mixture of Gatorade orange, white, black and green and they will drop on December 16th. The Like Mike Collection will also feature the Air Jordan 6 NRG Gatorade in Pine Green, which will release on December 30th.
The Air Jordan 6 ‘Like Mike’ features an Orange nubuck upper with some contrasting white leather layers. In addition, you can notice the detailing in black and green rubber tongue, heel tab, inner liner, lacelocks, and the Jumpman logos. Finishing off with Gatorade’s lightning bolt logo on the insoles and lacelocks.

The Air Jordan 32 Low Like Mike features a White Flyknit upper with Gatorade Orange with shades of Green and Black throughout sneaker’s midsole, heel, inner liner, and Jordans Logo. You can also notice Gatorade’s logo on the insoles and the “Be Like Mike” phrase on the inner tongues.

This green suede version is said to be more limited than those dropping on December 16th. The Green Gatorade AJ6 receives a royal treatment with a special “Like Mike” packaging. This Iteration also features orange accents, Gatorade-inspired lace-locks, translucent outsole, a very inspiring “If I Could Be” inner tongues and branded insoles.
