Bestbuy – NSB Guide

Accounts Setup

You need to add your accounts to run Bestbuy.

  1. Go to NSB Accounts tab.

  2. Create a new group (from top left corner).

  3. Select BestBuy as group type.

  4. Once done, add your accounts by inserting the emails, passwords, and IMAP details (which will be required when logging in to your accounts in Tasks tab).

Task Creation

  1. After adding your accounts in the Accounts tab, go to the Tasks tab.

  2. Input:

You need to add item ID as task input.

For example, if the item URL is: https://www.bestbuy.com/product/silver-buffalo-disney-beauty-and-the-beast-mrs-potts-10-inch-sculpted-ceramic-snack-jar-multi-colored/J39H4Q8R59/sku/11230417

The item ID will be: 11230417

  3. Accounts:

Select your accounts by selecting an account group.

  4. Size:

You may select item size (exactly as on the site) or keep it empty (for most items).

  5. Store PickUp:

Enable this checkbox if you want to personally grab the item via Store PickUp.

Bestbuy Modes

1. Fast Mode:

This mode is the only one that will checkout an item on BestBuy (Queue and Restock monitors don’t try to checkout items).

  • If “Wait Restock” and “Wait Queue” checkbox are disabled, in this case, task will work independently of other tasks, and it will immediately try to checkout the desired item (regardless of if the item is available or not and whether there is a queue or not).
  • On the other hand, if you want the “Fast” Task to wait for either pings (Queue or Restock), you need to enable these checkboxes (Wait Restock or/and Wait Queue) and at the same time you need to have “Queue Monitor” and “Restock Monitor” tasks running.

2. Queue and Restocks Monitor Modes:

  1. Purpose: Continuously checks the status of a specified Item (whether a queue was enabled on this item or whether it’s available in stock or not).
  2. Queue – Restock Detection: When a queue or restock is detected, the task will inform the running “Fast” tasks in order to act accordingly.
  • Fast task would try to enter queue if it got notified that queue is live.

  • It will also try to checkout the item if it got notified that a restock is live.

Tips

  1. Proxy Usage: A proxy list with high-quality proxies (ISPs or Residentials) is required.

  2. PreLogin: Enable this checkbox if you want the “Fast” task to prepare account info prior to waiting for restock/queue events. Recommended to be enabled.
